My '95 la sabre arbitrarily dies in traffic, usually at a 35-45mph--sometimes I'm pulling a slight grade--6 miles into warm-up. My power steering unit is 'whining' but seems to work okay otherwise. There is some hesitancy in engine, I just had the crank sensor replaced. Anyone with past experience with this problem? I know I should have it put on computer but right now I cannot afford major repairs.

Stalling Bad gas.. Ignition Module.. Sensors. Grounds, EGR valve, FuelFilter.
Definately check codes.. for free at a Popular Parts store.
Whining Power steering is pump noiseAir in system or Bad pump.Fully turn the steering wheel from completely left to completely right. If thenoise reduces its proubbly just air.IF not.. replace pump. and cycle steering again to escape air.
